Radiance Birth Doula Package- $1600

  • Call, text, and email support after signed contract (office hours 8am-6pm M-F)

  • Monthly Prenatal Check-ins: catch up, go over any questions, prep for prenatal visits

  • 2 Prenatal visits: practice breath work, go over birth wishes, questions, get-to-know each other, birth positions

  • Unlimited labor and birth support: this could be call/ text support, coming to your home, meeting at the birth location, and postpartum support up to two hours after birth

  • Two postpartum visits: breastfeeding support, labor and birth reflections, healing and recovery focus, and postpartum resources/ referrals

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Doulas provide emotional and physical support. Birth Doulas help improve birth outcomes from moms and babies. They act as a medical advocate, help to nourish, and build your confidence. Doulas offer great suggestions in breathing techniques, movements, and comfort measures.

  • Birth doulas do not replace your partner. We can tag-team support, give dads a time to rest/ eat. Birth doulas may offer suggestions to support your families’ beautiful connection together.

  • Because life and birth are unpredictable, a backup birth doula is available during times when your primary doula is not: such as a pre-planned vacation, or surprise illness.

    Back up doulas offer the same support as your primary birth doula. The fee is included in your birth doula package.

  • When you go into labor, you alert your birth doula with a text notifying them of any sensations or signs of labor. They will communicate with you virtually until you are ready for support in-person. This is a decision you make and is discussed during one of the prenatal appointments.

    When you are ready for your birth doula in-person, you call her. She will arrive within 60 minutes of that notification. Once she arrives, your birth doula will smoothly integrate into your care where needed.

  • Your birth doula will leave within 1-2 hours after birth. She will check-in with you before leaving to make sure all your needs are taken care of. You can always notify her if you are ready for solo family bonding time before the 1-2 hour timeframe.

  • Your birth doula will check in every couple of days within the first several weeks. You can reach out with any questions, updates, or concerns.

    She will reach out around 2 weeks post-birth to schedule your postpartum in-person visit.
